Project Description:
Participation in the demolition and reconstruction of a mixed-use residential building originally composed of 16 residential units and ground-floor retail spaces. The intervention includes the development of a prefabricated XLam timber structure comprising nine residential units, shared spaces, underground parking facilities, and commercial areas at ground level. The project integrates contemporary timber construction technology within the alpine architectural context, enhancing structural performance, sustainability, and spatial quality.
