Project Description:
Developed in collaboration with Yaz Yapı, this large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial development comprises private villas, a residential apartment block, and ground-floor retail spaces. The project is conceived as an integrated urban environment combining low-density housing with collective residential functions and commercial activity, with a focus on functional planning, accessibility, and construction quality.
