Participation in the renovation of a historic residential building in the center of Morgex, including selective refurbishments and structural reinforcement works. The intervention reinterprets the existing structure into nine refined luxury apartments with integrated spa facilities and curated common spaces, enhancing comfort while respecting the historic fabric of the site.
